Time travel to Elizabethan England for an afternoon with William Shakespeare and friends. Join the San Anselmo Public Library as we host the Guild of St. George for our Merrie May Faire. Your time travel will include:

Interactive Shakespeare. All the world’s a stage, so come act out some of Shakespeare’s famous lines. Show us your best death scene, and maybe learn some new insults.

Falcons and hawks. Learn how to train your falcon. See (and hear) trained birds fly on command. Our falconers love to answer your questions about birds and their role as hunters.

Music and dancing. Hear the music that Queen Elizabeth listened to, and learn some new but old dance moves.

Crafts. Meet craftspeople and learn how people made things before industrialization.
